Pogo Possum Comic Book #7, Dell Golden Age (1951)

Published by Dell Comics from 1946 to 1954, this was a series with two Four Color releases and 16 issues in the regular series with Walt Kelly art and story in all. Pogo is the title and central character of a long-running daily American comic strip, created by cartoonist Walt Kelly (1913–1973) and distributed by the Post-Hall Syndicate. Set in the Okefenokee Swamp of the southeastern United States, the strip often engaged in social and political satire through the adventures of its anthropomorphic funny animal characters.  Overall, fine (6.7) condition.

Robertson, Alice Mary

Alice Mary Robertson (January 2, 1854 - July 1, 1931) was an American educator, social worker, government official, and politician who became the second woman to serve in the United States Congress, and the first from the state of Oklahoma.  Autograph Slip Writing Signed, 10/10/1921 -  4 1/2 x 2 1/2 Leaf:  written in blk ink with a nice and even age-toning seen throughout; on verso, two small stamp hinges.  Overall, fine condition.
