Davis, Ralph Henry Carless

Ralph Henry Carless Davis (7 October 1918 – 12 March 1991), always known publicly as R. H. C. Davis, was a British historian specialising in the European Middle Ages. William Rosenwald (c. 1903-October 31, 1996) was an American business executive whose American Securities Corporation invested in other business including AMETEK and Western Union International. Stern, Leonard J

Leonard J. Sterns (Oct. 4, 1904 - May 21, 1988) was an American 127th Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio from August 1970 to 1977. Geoffrey Stern characterized his father as a humanitarian, citing Leonard J. Stern’s many years of work for Franklin County charitable organizations and service to Temple Israel. Justice Stern also was an advocate for the modernization of Ohio’s courts, served as the first disciplinary counsel to the Supreme Court and ruled on cases before the Court of Claims of Ohio.  Typed Letter Signed, 09/22/1970 -  8 1/2 x 11 Folio:  signed in blue ink as Justice of the Supreme Court, with a two-fold crease and young age-toning seen.  Overall, fine/very fine condition.
